At Arena Stoja Campsite, check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.

It is possible that your will be able to check-in before 14:00, but we cannot promise this. In case you arrive before 14:00, please ask at the front office if it is possible to check-in. 

Yes, Arena Stoja Campsite is a family-friendly campsite and welcomes children of all ages.

There are no restrictions on age for check-in, but all minors are required to be accompanied by an adult.

Staff speak Croatian, English, German, and Italian.

Arena Stoja Campsite does not have a pool.

Yes, the campsite offers electric car charging station which is offered with a surcharge paid directly at the charging spot via QR code/app.

If you have a credit card, you can go to our website https://www.arenacollection.com/en/destinations/pula/campsites/arena-stoja-campsite and choose one of the offered options. Then you need to enter your personal information and the information off your credit card. Having done so, you need to click on the Book button. You will soon get an e-mail confirmation with your booking code. Payment is done on arrival in cash or by credit card (can be different from the one you used to book).

If you don't have a credit card, you can contact us at 00385/52-529-400 or at info@arenacampsites.com or our booking request webform https://www.arenacampsites.com/en/request. It is important to tell us that you don't have a credit card. You will get an offer with all the information you need to make a bank transfer of ono third of the total price of the booking. When the money arrives, your booking will be confirmed. The rest of the amount is to be paid on arrival. This method of booking can be used only in case you are not arriving in the near future (the next five days) because it is important that the money arrives before you do.

Payment is accepted in cash and with a credit card.

Guests are required to pay on arrival in cash or by credit card.

Yes, you can. When booking in this mannor you would noed to pay 30% of the total amount upfront to our bank account and the rest on arrival.

Yes, the invoice can be made out to your company's name. It is very important to state this on arrival since we cannot make changes to an already made invoice. You would also need to have all the data required for the invoice (the company's VAT number, name and address).

The details of you booking can be seen on the confirmation you got via e-mail (it is possible that it went to you spam folder, please check) or you can contact us at 00385/52-529-400 or at info@arenacampsites.com.

At the bottom of your booking confirmation you can find a link used to change your reservation. In case you are having trouble changing your reservation, please contact us at  00385/52-529-400 or at info@arenacampsites.com.

You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation. If the system doesn't allow you to cancel that means you are past the 3 night no expenses cancellation deadline.

Arena Stoja Campsite is campsite, so there is no option of breakfast or dinner available with the stay. Guests are welcome to enjoy lunch or dinner at the restaurant located at the campsite.

You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation. If the system doesn't allow you to cancel that means you are past the 3 night no expenses cancellation deadline, and the cost equal to the accomodation cost for the first night's stay will be charged.

With prepaid reservations, free of charge cancellations are not possible.

Arena Stoja Campsite has some pitches accessible to people with reduced mobility if they are travelling with support. 

Yes, at one sanitary block of Arena Stoja Campsite there are available self-service drying and washing machines.

When arriving in Pula airport, you have a short distance to travel before you arrive at the property. 

Public Bus:
There are regular bus connections available from the airport to the Pula city centre and Stoja.

Taxi:
A 20 minute taxi journey that will cost approximately €25 - €30.

No, there are no beauty treatments available at Arena Stoja Campsite. The nearest beauty treatments (hair, nails) are available at Max Stoja shopping center, located 5 minutes from the campsite.

No, there is no fitness facility available at Arena Stoja Campsite. We do, however, offer pilates trainings and many different sport events as part of our animation programmes. Please check with the reception desk upon your arrival.

No, padel and tennis courts are not available at Arena Stoja Campsite. At the campsite, we have basketball, beach volleyball, badminton, table tennis, mini golf, large children's playground, diving centee "Hippocampus", numerous walking and jogging trails, bike trails in the vicinity and water sports center.

Yes, a nearby water sports center offers jet ski, parasailing, pedal boats, banana rides, and a diving center.

Yes, it is possible to rent bikes, electric bikes and electric scooters.
