At Ai Pini resort check in is at 16:00, and check out by 10:00.

It is possible that your parcel or mobile home is ready before the 3:00 pm check-in, but we cannot promise this. In case you arrive before 3:00 pm, please ask at the front office if your parcel or mobile home is ready. 

Yes, Ai Pini Resort is a family-friendly resort and welcomes children of all ages.

There are no restrictions on age for check-in, but all minors are required to be accompanied by an adult.

Ai Pini resort does not have a pool, but guests are welcome to use the pool of resort Holiday located nearby.

Yes, the resort is a 100% non-smoking property. 

The resort offers parking which is free of charge for all of our guests. EV charging is not available.

Yes, wi-fi is available for all of our guests free of charge. 

Unfortunately, Ai Pini resort is not fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

If you have a credit card, you can go to our website https://www.arenacollection.com/en/destinations/medulin/resorts/ai-pini-resort and choose one of the offered options. Then you need to enter your personal information and the information off your credit card. Having done so, you need to click on the Book button. You will soon get an e-mail confirmation with your booking code. Payment is done on arrival in cash or by credit card (can be different from the one you used to book).

If you don't have a credit card, you can contact us at 00385/52-529-400 or at info@arenacollection.com or our booking request webform https://www.arenacollection.com/en/contact. It is important to tell us that you don't have a credit card. You will get an offer with all the information you need to make a bank transfer of ono third of the total price of the booking. When the money arrives, your booking will be confirmed. The rest of the amount is to be paid on arrival. This method of booking can be used only in case you are not arriving in the near future (the next five days) because it is important that the money arrives before you do.

Payment is accepted in cash and with a credit card.

Guests are required to pay on arrival in cash or by credit card.

Yes, you can. When booking in this mannor you would noed to pay 30% of the total amount upfront to our bank account and the rest on arrival.

Yes, the invoice can be made out to your company's name. It is very important to state this on arrival since we cannot make changes to an already made invoice. You would also need to have all the data required for the invoice (the company's VAT number, name and address).

The details of you booking can be seen on the confirmation you got via e-mail (it is possible that it went to you spam folder, please check) or you can contact us at 00385/52-529-400 or at info@arenacollection.com.

At the bottom of your booking confirmation you can find a link used to change your reservation. In case you are having trouble changing your reservation, please contact us at  00385/52-529-400 or at info@arenacollection.com.

You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation. If the system doesn't allow you to cancel that means you are past the 3 night no expenses cancellation deadline.

Ai Pini resort does not have an ATM. The closest ATM is located at resort Belvedere.

The accepted and official currency is Euro.

Ai Pini resort offers 64 fully equiped apartments, with max occupancy of 4 persons per apartment (2+2).

At Ai Pini resort, towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen is changed every 7 days.

Extra beds or cribs can be provided upon request at Ai Pini resort.

All apartments are equiped with a safe deposit box.

Laundry services are not available at Ai Pini resort.

Ai Pini resort guest can dine at Arena Hotel Holiday, walk-in with surcharge, the restaurant is open from 7–10, dinner from 19–21.

The working hours of Arena Hotel Holiday restaurant are 07:00-10:00 for breakfast and 19:00-21:00 for dinner.

Breakfast is not included with the stay at Ai Pini resort.

Both vegan and vegetarian options are available at Arena Hotel Holiday's restaurant, where AiPini resort guest are welcome to dine.

You can reach the resort by renting a car directly at the airport or by booking a taxi service.

AiPini resort is situated 9km from the center of Pula.

Yes, the resort is next to Bijeca Beach, one of the most popular sandy beaches in the area, surrounded by greenery and part of a modern resort.

The resort is just a 10-minute walk from Medulin’s town center, offering shopping, restaurants, bars, and local attractions.

From Pula Airport

When arriving in Pula airport, you have a short distance to travel before you arrive at the property. 

Public Bus:

There are regular bus connections available from the airport to the Medulin city centre. From there it is a short walking distance to the resort doorstep.
Taxi: A 20 minute taxi journey that will cost approximately €25 - €30.

A car can be rented at the reception desk of Arena Hotel Holiday Medulin.

Yes, public buses run frequently and the nearest bus stop is close to the resort, connecting you to Pula and other destinations.

Ai Pini resort does not have a spa or wellness center.

Ai Pini resort does not have a pool, but guests are welcome to use the pool of Arena Hotel Holiday located nearby. Pool working hours are from 8:00 until 19:00.
