At Arena One 99 Glamping, check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

It is possible that your tent is ready before the 16:00 check-in, but we cannot promise this. In case you arrive before 16:00, please ask at the front office if your tent is ready.

Yes, Arena One 99 Glamping is a family-friendly resort and welcomes children of all ages.

There are no restrictions on age for check-in, but all minors are required to be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, the resort is a 100% non-smoking property. 

Yes, the resort offers parking which is free of charge for all of our guests and EV charging is available free of charge. Due to 4 EV chargers being available, reception desk makes reservations for their usage. Please contact the reception desk to secure your charing spot. 

Yes, wi-fi is available for all of our guests free of charge. 

At Arena One 99 Glamping, each tent has entrance through stairs, but upon request a ramp is available for guests with reduced mobility to enter. Please contact the reception desk for more details about the tent size for which you would need to use the ramp for, to ensure it fits the desired tent. 

"If you have a credit card, you can go to our website https://www.arenacampsites.com/en/campsites-istria/ and choose one of the offered resort. Then you need to enter your personal information and the information off your credit card. Having done so, you need to click on the Book button. You will soon get an e-mail confirmation with your booking code. Payment is done on arrival in cash or by credit card (can be different from the one you used to book).

If you don't have a credit card, you can contact us at 00385/52-529-400 or at info@arenacampsites.com or our booking request webform https://www.arenacampsites.com/en/request. It is important to tell us that you don't have a credit card. You will get an offer with all the information you need to make a bank transfer of ono third of the total price of the booking. When the money arrives, your booking will be confirmed. The rest of the amount is to be paid on arrival. This method of booking can be used only in case you are not arriving in the near future (the next five days) because it is important that the money arrives before you do."

Payment is accepted in cash and with a credit card.

Yes, you can. When booking in this mannor you would noed to pay 30% of the total amount upfront to our bank account and the rest on arrival.

Yes, the invoice can be made out to your company's name. It is very important to state this on arrival since we cannot make changes to an already made invoice. You would also need to have all the data required for the invoice (the company's VAT number, name and address).

The details of you booking can be seen on the confirmation you got via e-mail (it is possible that it went to you spam folder, please check) or you can contact us at 00385/52-529-400 or at info@arenacampsites.com.

At the bottom of your booking confirmation you can find a link used to change your reservation. In case you are having trouble changing your reservation, please contact us at  00385/52-529-400 or at info@arenacampsites.com. You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation. If the system doesn't allow you to cancel that means you are past the 3 night no expenses cancellation deadline.

SPA One4You is designed and created in accordance with nature and the concept of 4 elements - earth, air, water and fire.

Spa programs and accompanying activities are entirely devoted to achieving the harmony of mind and body (mind full vs. mindful). They are based on the healthy lifestyle concept and include yoga, meditation, corrective gymnastics and stress reduction activities, while exclusively certified spa products of natural and organic origin are being used in all treatments.
